Question, what is the best way to inactivate/disable and account but "leave" it so circulation history remains so we can track items down better. Right now patrons are removed and I am left with empty spots in an items circulation history a lot (I don't manage patrons, so pushing for a procedural change) |

Because we are a school students are removed by the librarian as soon as they "move" or graduate before she leaves in June. Come July, I now have no names in the circulation checkout history |
