So.. I had 18.05.x.. I'd watch the branch above me and cherry pick the bugfixes.. a quick bit of rebasing as required and then a quick test if it looked like something might break.. then push upstream and watch Jenkins |

tuxayo , kidclamp just means Jenkins will spot issues and highlight them for you. We have pretty good test coverage th we days.. in recent years the team have learnt to lean on Jenkins more and more.. I didn't see it as bad if a job failed.. so long as I went in a diagnosed and fixed the issue before pushing loads of extra stuff in top... That's what Jenkins is there for.. |
