what if i code it so i get correct facet counts with a certain syspref set size maxResultsRetrievedForFacets, and retrieve/inspect those raw records for facet counters. if the results set size is > than that max, i just don't show facet counters. |

i had dont a patch that doesn't use zebra for facets, but then i have to get the result record and inspect all those marcxml chunks, and if a query has a huge result set (10000 plus) it might be a burden for the server. |
