hey, would be great if anybody is willing to sign-off https://bugs.koha-community.or[…]_bug.cgi?id=13193 since it is quite critical because it can potentially cause data corruption or allow patrons do something they are not supposed to. |

So I have 18.11.05.00 and on one instance I am running memcached and Plack...another just memcached...and the Plack is 100x faster...so I did koha-plack --enable <instancename> and koha-plack --start <in> but the about page shows no change, does it require a server restart? |
