So, when you check in an item that belongs to another library, I notice that it states:"Please return item to: XYZ" and then shows a button to print slip. Our library always prints a slip, but apparently this confused a library that doesn't. It appears that the transfer is set in motion upon check in, rather than having to "confirm" like you do with a hold. |
