Off the top of my head, Koha::Cache degrades gracefully, so if your warn is assuming that there is caching happening, and the warn isn't being called, it might be because there's no caching happening. |

But that is not the issue I am having.. I have a dropdown with a set of values or 'All', represented by an empty string/value. When not set, it defaults to all and I get an empty string. However, my code assumes an unset parameter to be undef. |
