I noticed something weird in my set up with WSL and VS code, when I applied a patch it used to indicated modified files with a M in the VS code file explorer, but now it stopped doing that. It still shows the changes in the Source control tab though |

if I edit files I see the Ms in file explorer, but if I do git reset --hard origin/master git pull and then git bz apply bugnumber the Ms don't show up in the file explorer, but git status shows 1 commit ahead and in VS code source control tab as well |
