@later tell oleonard sql_strict_modes is turned on for dev installs (ktd) but off for production environments. Some scripts are still broken with it enabled (see 17258) so cannot be turned on for prods, but having it for devs make us catch new ones. |

Joubu: hopefully it should be working for you now, I chose the wrong option when blocking all SPAM registrations (left "Automatically block the last IP address used by this user, and any subsequent IP addresses they try to edit from" ticked) |
