when a record or authority is merged there are delete and modify entries in the logs (when enabled) |

but if it was an accidental delete you have to recreate the record - the delete log entry doesn't record what was deleted |

i have a database with some 300 items that have mistakenly automatically got a status of long overdue lost (because of a wrong system setting). batch item modification does not seem to support editing this field; do you know if it is safe to just do an sql update to remove these statuses (itemlost and lost_on)? |
