Hi, this should be an easy one but Google isn't being helpful. I've mapped biblio.title to multiple MARC records, which is working fine except that it's putting a '|' separator between each field when displaying the title. How can I get rid of that separator by default (rather than editing each individual entry every time) |

I think in the OPAC details page. Honestly I'm not entirely sure, I'm the sysadmin who maintains the server not the staff that actually use Koha itself |

Nah, they're basically just cut-and-pasting the extra fields into the first field |

mijofa: do you confirm that it makes loose quality to the records? That catalogers prefer that the title is across the multiple fields? Or is that for historical reasons and it would be better to have everything in one field? To know if the actually problem is in the data. Which would change the plan. |

Eitherways I think Koha can do something but I'm not knowledgeable enough in the configuration or data management. |

I don't know how they're importing the data. But when they do it ends up spread across MARC records 245a,b,n, & p. They don't care about changing the MARC records themselves except that it's a waste of time, so they want it consolidated automatically |

It's split up somewhat sensibly along the lines of "NCIS | : The third season" or "Tremors | 5 | : Bloodlines" but it makes browsing and searching the list look messy |

What is the right way to sign off a single patch where there are multiple patches - for bug 27631 all but the last one are already signed off, and I just need to sign off the last one? |

we are trying to get our inventory done through text file. Our total text file is more than 1 Lakh records. I tried to break file into 10000 lines and then tried running inventory. I am getting Gateway Time Out Error. Is there any way we can run it through terminal or any other easy way |

So it's seems it's the XSLT that rules it. To change that, you must search in the syspref OPACXSLT. And there you can point to a customized copy of the default one. |
