I just did a package update to 16.11.00.05 on Debian Jessie and everything seemed to go fine, but when I try to load the staff interface it will only go to the installer. |

When I run through the installer, it does nothing (probably because it was done during the apt install) and tells me everything's good, then sends me back to the installer. |
