Does anyone have experience with indexing the marc21 880 field? It's 'alternate graphic representation' and might contain a hebrew, cyrillic, arabic version of a piece of text. ... the tricky part is that there's a 'linkage' field that points back to the text being translated... |

Ok, so I cheated, and just downloaded the koha live-dvd and did the full install onto a server. I've imported all my patron data and my catalog data from Athena, but I'll be dogged if I can figure out this circulation business. I have zero experience with perl, and I'm not sure how to make a direct connection into the mysql on the linux server from my windows desktop. Basically, I'm 5 years old, and have no idea what I'm doing. HELP! |
