so if its not too sensitive, filing a bug report is fine, if its nasty one, then emailing the RM, QAM, Rmaints and past RMs is the best bet |

Koha is a word, not an acronym, so you don't need to capitalize the O, H, and A. What are you trying to do? |

I have the koha installed, v 3.12.01, and I checked the language settings in I18N/L10N; the selected option is spanish but all the look and feel is in English, any clue? |

I think you might need to leave English enabled. If you enable English, too, then choose Spanish does it work? |
