i'm doing a three way merge for updatedatabase.pl the new changes in the patch has $DBversion = "3.09.00.XXX"; Does the XXX need to be filled in (incremented from the latest in the file? If so, do I need to edit anyplace for this new dbversion increment? |

i found notes in the wiki about 3.8 chaniging that mechanism. so leave the XXX in the patch. and just run.updatedatabase.pl. i assume someone will edit them at a future date. |
