In an ideal world it would be great if: 1) You had structured content about using Koha (manuals, guides, knowledge base articles, MARC, your own content about library specific policies and 20:08 davidnind processes, etc. 2) You could query all this content/ask a question. 3) Get answers to your queries with content that is up-to-date, reflects your version, or points you to possible places to find the answer if "it" doesn't know.
