19:52 tcohen[m] hi fridolin
18:58 fridolin greentings
16:54 oleonard the table cells are there but they're empty
16:53 oleonard Even with superlibrarian privileges I'm not seeing the links
16:53 emlam oleonard ^^
16:53 emlam if the logged-in user doesn't have permissions to edit items maybe? (or has permission to edit items at their own branch, but all the items belong to a different branch)
16:51 oleonard Hm, no, that's enabled already.
16:50 Joubu StaffDetailItemSelection
16:50 oleonard Is it new?
16:50 Joubu oleonard: there is a syspref
16:49 tcohen[m] instead of the router
16:49 oleonard-away Anyone know what might case the checkboxes and edit buttons to disappear from the bibliographic detail page?
16:49 tcohen[m] there's the 'NavigationItem' abstraction
16:48 tcohen[m] well no
16:48 tcohen[m] the code in both is almost identical
16:46 Joubu QA step is there to make sure not only 1 person understand the code, right? :D
16:45 tcohen[m] it doesn't matter if he fixes it, right?
16:45 tcohen[m] if nobody understands it
16:44 Joubu ofc I've tried
16:44 Joubu if nobody understand it, apart from AgustinMoyano[m] that is not going to spend more time on it, then it's hard to keep...
16:44 tcohen[m] ok
16:44 tcohen[m] so you tried but didn't manage to fix it
16:43 Joubu I've tried several things but didn't manage with the current code, and I don't understand the code to fix it
16:43 Joubu At least I would like to know if what I want to do is possible or if we need more code
16:38 tcohen[m] I'm not attached to it
16:38 tcohen[m] he saw some value on this on the other bug
16:37 tcohen[m] I'd like to hear from Matthew Blenkinsop
16:35 tcohen[m] git grep Breadcrumb
16:35 tcohen[m] cd koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/js/vue
16:33 tcohen[m] the patch replaced the 'old ones'
16:33 ashimema maybe I'm wrong
16:32 ashimema I think both are used
16:32 tcohen[m] I can revert, but we need to make sure this is not what we are aiming for
16:32 ashimema I'm not actually sure
16:32 tcohen[m] it didn't look complex to me, and had Matt's signature
16:29 Joubu we complexified the code bringing less flexibility...
16:28 Joubu tcohen[m]: then who? If nobody we should revert then...
16:27 tcohen[m] the missing piece here would be addressing Joubu's problem reports, right?
16:27 tcohen[m] ashimema: we have two ways because the previous wasn't removed, but it is unused, right?
16:09 ashimema It's bad we now how two ways of doing almost the same thing
16:06 tcohen[m] ashimema asked me, and I told him I haven't heard from him
16:05 tcohen[m] I wouldn't count on him taking on that

16:05 Joubu tcohen[m]: any news from AgustinMoyano[m] about bug 33169?
16:05 reiveune bye

13:59 ashimema hi tcohen 🙂
13:59 tcohen[m] testing
13:17 tcohen back
12:28 aw-bib[m] to the uninitiated it might sound more logical if the current stuff is on master instead fo some branch.
12:26 tcohen should we make the master branch be the current apply_on_cascade?
12:26 aw-bib[m] ok, back on `apply_on_cascade` I still get the same error... (full message at <https://matrix.org/_matrix/media/v3/download/matrix.org/uWuzHiYiSRpMJOvvlBdPEqrj>)
12:25 aw-bib[m] I have not the foggiest idea. I just try to follow the wiki. - ok, then I just switch back to the other branch.
12:25 tcohen apply_on_cascade is the default
12:24 tcohen it is
12:24 ashimema I thought it had been merged
12:24 ashimema I thought the default was now the python3 version
12:24 tcohen hola #koha o/
12:20 aw-bib[m] (I think I should go for the git-bz-python3_adaption branch of git-bz as no python 2 is around anymore on my system.)
12:19 aw-bib[m] I followed https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Git_bz_configuration and for testing I understand I should do `gz bz apply ....` and end up in a... (full message at <https://matrix.org/_matrix/media/v3/download/matrix.org/wTfqPqyLXkICbfpXTSXeXIZo>)
12:17 oleonard_ Just ask, aw-bib[m], and hopefully someone can answer
12:17 aw-bib[m] hello! someone around who could give me a helping hand with git bz?
10:40 TriveniChandriki[m] You have to do Reindex
10:34 NikolayGospodinov[m] When I choose automatically and then when i make a search, this error message shows: Error: Can't call method "raw" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Search.pm line 776.
10:26 Annelisterman[m] or you could try to use " or () around the title when the search is more spesific
10:24 Annelisterman[m] QueryAutoTruncate system preference for example defines if the search makes a wildcard search automatically or only if you use *
10:20 NikolayGospodinov[m] Hello. I have the following problem. When I search Koha for a specific title, I get many results that have nothing to do with what I'm looking for. My question is, were there any settings that need to be adjusted for a more accurate search
10:08 oleonard o/
09:01 ashimema Joubu around today?
08:46 Pascal I get the following error: "Template process failed: undef error - DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Unknown column 'me.deleted_biblionumber' in 'field list' at /usr/share/koha/lib/Koha/Objects.pm line 394" when i want to look at a order basket. i use version 22.05.13 and koha-upgrade-schema does not help :/ Does anyone else here have an idea what I could do about this?
08:41 Pascal Hi :)
08:05 ggg[m] In all cases, I'm using https with self-signed certs
08:04 ggg[m] Hi all. Having difficulty installing multiple instances and not finding any answers elsewhere online. On a fresh install on Ubuntu Server 22.04, the first instance is created without any problems (using koha-create --create-db). However, any new instances created give me "Internal server error" as soon as I try to access the web installer.... 07:55 wahanui somebody said accountlines was moving forward fairly nicely now at least.. with Tomas, Yourself (josef) and I all attacking it I feel we're moving in the right direction
07:55 ashimema accountlines
07:55 NikolayGospodinov[m] Hello. I have a question. From where in the database can I see if the given patron has a fine charged.
06:15 reiveune hello
06:08 Annelisterman[m] thomas63: Hi, do you mean you want to change the description (name) or th library code? If you mean the name, it is quite save to change. We have changed library names many times in our Koha.
04:35 thomas63[m] hi there... (full message at <https://matrix.org/_matrix/media/v3/download/matrix.org/AxUvFJyWCsZnQDYeqwaEdqZD>)
