23:24 mjkerpan[m] Very weird. I did a standard apt upgrade and my koha is broken.
23:25 mjkerpan[m] it made me run through the web installer again and then as part of the upgrade process, I got this error message:
23:25 mjkerpan[m] ERROR: Exception 'Koha::Exceptions::MissingParameter' thrown 'No encryption_key in koha-conf.xml'
23:32 mjkerpan[m] Oh well. I figured it out. Why did this pop up anyway.
