01:03 aleisha hello
01:19 aleisha has anyone noticed with elasticsearch authority searching that it doesnt sort by the whole heading?
01:20 aleisha for example, when sorting A-Z, the authority search results would display in this order:
01:20 aleisha Animal culture Brazil Periodicals.
01:20 aleisha Animal culture Periodicals.
01:20 aleisha I would've expected the second heading to show above the first
01:20 aleisha wait never mind
01:21 aleisha sorry thats the wrong example, this is displaying in the wrong order:

10:57 oleonard o/
11:04 ashimema Yup
11:04 ashimema It's a volunteering day in the UK.
11:04 ashimema They're trying to encourage more people to do voluntary charity work today as part of the coronation celebrations
11:04 * ashimema is already a scout leader and activities instructor volunteer
11:15 cait so you are just taking today off? ;)
11:20 cait can someone tell if it's me or not... audio alerts in the OPAC?
11:20 cait trying to make the errors in SCO a little louder
11:21 cait but it doesn't seem to work in general on the OPAC side
11:21 oleonard I wasn't aware that it was implemented in the OPAC
11:22 cait it shows in the source... but missing the config
11:22 cait I mean we have this: <span id="audio-alert"></span>
11:22 TriveniChandriki[m] Good evening all
11:22 cait hm the JS also seems there...
11:23 TriveniChandriki[m] session time out in koha 21.11. any problem on this
11:24 oleonard TriveniChandriki[m]: It sounds like you're having a problem with it?
11:26 TriveniChandriki[m] Timeout :1d is there
11:26 TriveniChandriki[m] In system preferences
11:27 cait what is the error you get when you are logged out?
11:27 cait often a log out can be caused by other things too, like changing IPs
11:27 TriveniChandriki[m] Session aslo checked
11:27 TriveniChandriki[m] cait: No
11:28 oleonard No?
11:29 TriveniChandriki[m] Many times comes this problem. We do timeout and session ip. It's will fixed. But this time again and again session time out error coming
11:30 magnuse ashimema: people can volunteer for koha!

12:17 cait TriveniChandriki I have no idea then
14:45 cait paulderscheid[m]: around?
17:00 oleonard cait?
17:07 ksorbo[m] Getting the following error: AH02811: script not found or unable to stat: /usr/lib/cgi-bin/printenv
17:07 ksorbo[m] Any ideas?
17:08 oleonard Could you give more context to your question?
17:08 ksorbo[m] I am running kokha 22.11.04
17:09 ksorbo[m] This error is from the error log. When I attempt to access the OPAC or staff web interface, I get a 500 error. The listed error is in the apache error log
17:09 ksorbo[m] I reboot the server and it works again
17:12 oleonard ksorbo[m]: I don't see any instance of "printenv" anywhere in Koha's code
17:14 ksorbo[m] <ksorbo[m]> "Getting the following error: AH..." <- oleonard: You are probably correct. However, looking back through error logs, this error comes up repeatedly. Not sure what is calling this and then why it hangs the OPAC.
18:15 cait oleonard: back now
18:32 oleonard cait: That was before my lunch break. Now my mind is a clean slate!
18:45 ksorbo[m] oleonard: I am hosting on a VPS. the ubuntu version is getting a little old so I am thinking about bringing up a new VPS and reinstalling from scratch.
18:46 ksorbo[m] The Koha installation hangs just about every 2-3 days even though I do a daily server reboot.
18:47 oleonard Sorry ksorbo[m] I don't know anything about it.
18:47 ksorbo[m] Do you have any experience with minimum server requirements for Koha?
18:50 caroline ksorbo[m], did you check the wiki for this information? I'm pretty sure it should be there somewhere
18:51 caroline e.g. https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/System_requirements_and_recommendations
19:35 cait oleonard-away: that's good.. because I got distracted again too :(
19:36 cait [off] Marshall's survey results are out - reading the comments https://librarytechnology.org/perceptions/2022/comments
19:39 caroline seems pretty positive
