I was wondering if someone could help me. I have installed koha using a virtualbox onto Windows 10. I followed Josh Hertzel’s install guide. But I am getting an infinite loop when I am at the web installer stage. I have disabled plack and I have tried to use git to apply to big fix 16619, which appears to relate to my problem, but nothing has worked. I am a complete newbie and I am stumped for ideas.
