14:47 schuster There are 10 and 13 digit equivalents. The difference on the 13 is 978 at the beginning and the check digit 13th is different than the 10th digit on the 10 digit ISBN.
14:45 owen Would that be a problem? If you're trying to grab a record based on the UPC you want to get a truly matching record. If a search didn't find anything based on the 13-digit isbn it wouldn't really match?
