if I have 3 items available and there has been two biblio level holds done I cannot loan that one available item unless the two holds have been first acknowledged. Is there a way to fix this so that I am able to loan that one item without first processing the two holds? |

I can of course do the loan if I force it when it asks "are you sure you want to loan because there is this and this hold" |

cait, AllowItemsOnHoldCheckout won't work for us because we don't want to allow giving up those holds. I was reading the code and didn't see a way to do what we want. So I was thinking of copy&pasting the code for AllowRenewalIfOtherItemsAvailable to the checkout/issuing code. |

yeah, I'm a bit worried about tranferring the functionality from there because the issuing code has just so many conditions already there so my additions might just make it a big mess. |
